What locations do we ship to? Lucky for you, we are currently offering free UPS shipping to the continental United States on every order! Be sure to take advantage of this promotion before it ends (we normally offer free shipping on all orders over $85). We package & ship orders to nearly every country across the globe, but transit times will vary by location, as will the actual cost.
How Long Does It Take to Arrive Once Shipped?
All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible from our warehouse. We typically take 1-2 business days to handle and process your order. Custom items may take an extra day or two. Our typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 3-7 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. You can always pay to have your shipping service upgraded. Please allow extra time during the holiday season, as postal delays and weather are beyond our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including the carriers, is provided with every order. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers will be generated and sent as soon as your order is fulfilled. An automatic email containing information to easily track your order is sent. Sometimes additional delays may arise beyond our control, such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Typical tracking can be viewed on UPS.com.
What do I do if my order is lost?
Each order will be sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order is held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! The shipping process is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these policies may apply to shipping situations.
Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?
All prices on our website are displayed in USD, with all taxes included at the time of sale. However, if shipped outside the United States, depending on your location and local laws, you may be liable to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Extended Delays
In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
